This is some somewhat old news about Gackt in Taiwan that a friend of mine who recently returned from there told me about. (She saw it on the Taiwanese news.) According to my friend, Gackt's Taiwanese fans were screaming and running at him and piling on top of him. He also had to find an alternate route out of the airport because there were so many zealous fans.

Monday, August 9, 1999 - Update by Roujin
Recently, I have read a lot of very interesting information on Gackt. For one, he claims that Squall of Final Fantasy VIII was modeled after him, and he even referred to Squall as "Gackt #2." The second would be that he told a Taiwanese reporter during his visit to Taiwan that he usually goes around his house naked. Also, Gackt has supposedly said that he would like to go into acting, but he felt that it would be unlikely that a director would cast him as a character that was NOT either a prince or a villain.

Gackt has recently been in Taiwan. I also heard that he was late for an interview that he was supposed to do on Taiwan live television, so it never aired.
Mizérable ~Hishou~ and Mizérable ~Unmei~ are limited editions, so order them ASAP if you want to be sure you get a copy!
