[ We find two of Our Heroes standing in the snow. ] (Sad girl in snow! *bonk*) (I'm not sad!) [ The Formal is over, and without, surprisingly, any disasrous events occurring. So now they're outside, and together, and it's quiet and snowing. Most folks have stumbled home by now - the official policy is not to clean up the mess until the following day. So. ] [ Minisession Start! ] * Seylin wraps her cloak around herself. This one is a lighter silver with a fur-lined hood, as opposed to her normal gray cloak of Sneakiness. * Patrick walks up next to Sey, smiling at the falling snow. He's wearing what he was wearing to the formal: Apparently he doesn't need jackets like the rest of us. "Did you have fun?" ^_^ * Seylin smiles back. "Yeah, I did! How about you?" Yeah, it was pretty good. Vall didn't feel like staying 'till the end, eh? Must've been something he drank. ^_^ * Seylin giggles. "You're bad, you know that?" Only when I want to be. ~_^ Which is pretty often. * Seylin stickes her tongue out at him. * Patrick sticks his tongue out back at her. "Now just be glad I don't have a flagpole." ^_^ * Seylin giggles. "Aww, you wouldn't do that. Not to me, at least." * Patrick chuckles. "Yeah, you're right." * Seylin yawns. "I'm a little sleepy.” * Patrick starts walking, almost escorting Sey back to the dorm. "Maybe we should get ya back to the dorm then." He glances around. "The snow is nice this time of year, isn't it?" ^_^ Yeah, it's really pretty. And good for snowball fights! That too! [ The moon is out tonight; your world has one moon, but it's big and very bright. ] (How romantic. Too bad neither of these two are even close to the romantic types.) ( Yeah, it's wasted. But I wanted to get the moon into canon while I had the thought. ) (Good idea.) But I don't want to mess up my dress. We'll have to have a snowball fight later. And bring more people, 'cause it's more fun that way. I wouldn't want to leave people out. You know that. ~_^ * Patrick hmms, and for once actually looks like he's actively thinking instead of actively smiling. The smile's still there, though. * Seylin smiles and looks over at him. "What'cha thinkin' about?" What am I always thinking about? ^_^ Having fun, in your own special way. ^_~ * Patrick looks like he's about to say one thing, then goes back on it. He starts again. "You know... The Stone Fist house is notorious for getting drunk after the winter formal, making their house particularly... susceptable to certain things." ^_^ You have something in mind? * Patrick whistles innocently. "Maybe." * Seylin grins at him. "Tell!” * Patrick whispers to Seylin. "Well, I was thinking about my instant snow. They're going to have to remove the snow in front of their house eventually, and they have no casters to just 'melt' it away..." * Seylin giggles. "So you're gonna make them work to get out? Well, they could probably use the exercise." ^_~ Not only that, I think some time-released instant snow would do wonders for the amount of snow there. I figure we first barracade them in by covering the front and rear entrances with snow. Cover the windows with something opaque. And then I cover the walkway in these. ^_^ * Patrick holds out some pellets. "Each one will do around four doses, making snow four times based on the heat around them. Therefore, once they shovel the snow away the first time, it'll warm up and the snow will instantly 'appear' again. ^_^ * Seylin giggles. "That's really cool! No pun intended." They'll be really tired by the time they're done. I say after that we ambush them with snobwalls. ~_^ Yes! So, you wanna start setting up now? Sure! Okay! Let me run back to my room and get changed real quick. * Patrick nods. "I should change out of this myself." ^_^ * Patrick runs back at super-speed, because he never took off his sneakers of springing and striding. * Seylin flies after him. (FF?) (Yes?) (Okay!) * Seylin emerges from the Flying Couches house, wearing one of her usual tunic/overtunic/leggings outfits, with her gray cloak of Sneakiness. Her hair is pulled back, though it's still curled. She waits for Patrick, who's probably beaten her outside already. * Patrick is already outside, yes. "Boo!" He's wearing his typical getup of jeans, shirt, and the glove in his right hand. Over his back is the backpack of kickassness, which contains so much insta-snow it'd probably cover the entire campus in snow twice-over if it all activated at once. * Seylin is not startled. She laughs. "I figured you'd beat me outside." Aww, I've done this to ya too much before, didn't I? ^_^ I know you better than anybody else, right? ^_~ * Patrick smirks. "Yes you do. And maybe we should keep it that way." ~_^ Let's get going. ^_^ * Seylin takes to the air. "Well, who else is there?" * Patrick takes off as well. "Not much, other than my family and you guys. And none of ya know me before here besides you, so..." Exactly! Heck, you know things about me Mom doesn't even know, so... * Seylin gets a bit quiet. * Seylin shakes her head and keeps flying. * Patrick blinks and looks up at Sey. He pauses and sighs, dropping his everpresent smile for less than a tenth of a second, then picks it up and gets going again. "Well, how do you want to do it?" ^_^ Let's see... what've you got for the windows? * Patrick grins and pulls out a sealed bucket, with two paintbrushes. "Tar work?" ^_^ * Seylin giggles. "Sure!" She takes a paintbrush. * Patrick grins and starts painting the windows with Tar, making sure nobody's watching. * Seylin goes to it as well, being as sneaky as she can and keeping a lookout. * Seylin works quickly and has a lot of the second-floor windows done. "How's this?" * Patrick finishes with the last window on the ground floor. He nods. "Eeeexcellent." Good! * Seylin lands and hands Patrick her tar brush. I'm ready for the next stage of the plan! * Patrick takes the two tar brushes, seals the can, and covers the brushes in disposable paper before putting them in his backpack. He then pulls out around ten pellets, each the size of a typical tablet. "Plant them as deep in the snow as you can. They'll do the rest of the work." ^_^ * Seylin salutes. "Got it!" She hurries off to plant the tablets. * Patrick nods and takes care of the closer areas, being sure to place smaller doses where his feet were before to cover the tracks. * Seylin does her work quickly. She's got good night vision, so she probably picks really good spots for it. * Patrick isn't so lucky, but still is very perceptive, and with the bright moon, can still make his way around easily. He gives a thumbs up to Seylin, and motions for her to pick him up. * Seylin swoops down and grabs him. "Going up?" She giggles. * Patrick smiles. "Only if you'll let me." He fills in his last two boot spaces with two drops of the insta-snow, covering up all evidence he was there. "And now, we wait. Be sure everyone's up tomorrow morning." ^_^ * Seylin giggles again. "You got it!" She flies a safe distance away and sets him down. "That was fun! We haven't done anything like that in a while. And we probably won't get to for a long time, either." Yeah, but at least we got our last kicks in for the year. ~_^ Definitely a good way to end the season. I guess the next big event is our Summer Quest, isn't it? Yup! Wonder what we'll be doing for that? * Patrick shrugs. "Who knows. I know I'll have fun, though." ^_^ So will I! [ Minisession End! ]
