There's always a way around the truth if you look hard enough... You should know that after all the times we've dodged the *other* question we keep getting asked." He grins. But we can't just lie to her! And, um. * Seylin looks back at him. "Question?" What question? You know. How we got to know eachother... Although there is another question I get asked... * Seylin smiles a little. "Oh, that one? That's our secret, right?" * Patrick smiles and winks at Seylin. "Always has been." * Seylin eyes Patrick. "Are you *sure* that's the question you were referring to?" * Patrick sighs without dropping his grin. "Not always, no..." * Seylin makes a noncomittal sound and starts walking again. * Patrick glances around and walks after Seylin. "Are you interested in the other question? Kenji, in particular, has bugged me about it..." Is it something you don't want to tell me? It seems kinda like it. * Patrick drops to a more serious tone, but mantains a faint smile. "Just something I'm afraid of telling you..." * Seylin stops. "What could you be afraid to tell me? We've always told each other everything, haven't we?" I don't know exactly, but Kenji brought it up so much that I finally realized I like and trust you more than a friend... * Seylin looks at him, and blinks. Then blinks again.
